Creating an Account

Before you can start tracking concerts or building trips, you'll need a TixTrk account. Creating one takes less than a minute and only requires a few basic details.

Signing Up

To create your account, open the TixTrk app and tap Sign Up. You'll be asked to provide:

• Email address — this will be your login and the address TixTrk uses to reach you
• First name and last name
• Date of birth
• A password of your choosing

Once you submit the form, TixTrk will send a verification email to the address you provided.

TIP

TixTrk uses secure, industry-standard authentication. Your password is never stored in plain text, and your account is protected from the moment you create it.

Verifying Your Email

Check your inbox for an email from TixTrk. Open it and click the verification link to confirm your address. You won't be able to log in until this step is complete.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login screen.

WARNING

The verification link expires after 24 hours. If yours has expired, return to the login screen and request a new one.

Logging In

Once your email is verified, return to the app and tap Log In. Enter your email address and password, and you'll be taken to your dashboard.

If you forget your password at any point, use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset it via email.
