Appearance
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your command center in TixTrk. Every time you open the app, it gives you an at-a-glance view of what's coming up, what needs your attention, and how your concert season is shaping up — all without digging through your wishlist.
Next Up
The Next Up card sits at the top of the Dashboard and highlights your next upcoming concert. It shows the artist, venue, city, and date, along with a live countdown so you always know exactly how many days away the show is.
If you have flights or a hotel linked to that show's trip, those details surface here too — departure times, hotel check-in date, and confirmation status — so the essentials are one glance away.
Action Required
The Action Required section is TixTrk's logistics engine. It scans your upcoming shows and flags anything that may need your attention before the date arrives.
Common alerts include:
- Unlinked show — a Confirmed or Ticketed concert that hasn't been attached to a trip yet
- Missing hotel — a trip exists but no hotel has been added
- Missing flight — a trip exists but no flight has been added
Each alert is a direct link to the relevant concert or trip, so you can resolve it in one tap.
TIP
Local shows within your Home Base radius don't trigger hotel or flight alerts — TixTrk assumes you don't need to travel for those. You can configure your Home Base radius in Settings.
Quick Stats
Below the alerts, the Dashboard displays a summary of your concert activity at a glance:
- Total upcoming shows
- Shows by status (Interested, Confirmed, Ticketed)
- Trips planned
These numbers update automatically as you add and update concerts in your wishlist.
