Appearance
Venues
Every venue in TixTrk has its own page. It shows what is coming up there, practical details like parking and box office hours, who has played there recently, and how many times you have been.
Opening a venue
Wherever a venue name appears, you can click it to open its page. That works on your Shows list, on the Dashboard, in Nearby Shows, in the setlist drawer on a past show, and on a concert marker in the Trip Hub map.
You can also get there from:
- Search: type the venue name in the search bar. Venues come back alongside artists, labelled so you can tell them apart, and each row carries a heart for favoriting on the spot.
- Favorite Venues: select any venue in your favorites grid on the Search page
Upcoming shows
The main list is every upcoming event at that venue, grouped by month. Each card shows the date, the artist, the price range when Ticketmaster publishes one, and a Tickets link.
Click Add to Wishlist on any card to save it, exactly as you would from an artist's page. Click the artist name to jump to that artist's page.
On a wide screen, everything else on this page sits in a column beside the show list, so it stays with you as you scroll. On a narrow screen it stacks underneath.
Venue Info
The venue's website and social links sit in the page header, next to its name. There is also a Venue Info panel you can expand, holding whatever the venue publishes:
- General Info: house rules, bag policy, entry times
- Parking: lots, rates, and directions
- Accessible Seating: how to book accessible seats and where they are
- Box Office: hours, will-call, and phone numbers
Phone numbers and web addresses inside these notes are clickable.
TIP
Not every venue has one. Smaller clubs often publish nothing at all, and TixTrk will not guess when it cannot confidently identify which venue a saved show was at. In either case the panel does not appear, rather than showing details that might belong to a different room.
Past shows at this venue
TixTrk lists recent nights at the venue with a logged setlist, newest first, with the artists who played each one. It is a quick way to see what a room actually books.
This data comes from setlist.fm, and the Source: setlist.fm link at the bottom of the section opens the venue there.
Your history here
If you have been to this venue before, you will see a line like You've seen 3 shows here, 2019 to 2024. Expand it for the full list of what you saw and when.
This counts every show in your Concert History at that venue, plus any past show you had marked Confirmed or Ticketed. It works even for venues TixTrk cannot match to Ticketmaster, because it matches on the venue name and city as well as the venue itself.
Favoriting a venue
The Favorite button in the venue header saves it to your Favorite Venues grid. Favorited venues also feed your Shows page: when one of them books something new, it shows up on your Radar labelled Followed venue.
