Settings

The Settings page is where you configure your TixTrk account — from your display name and profile photo to where you live and how aggressively the app nudges you to plan ahead. Changes you make here affect how TixTrk personalizes the Dashboard and Trip Hub across all your devices.

Accessing Settings

  • Desktop — click the Settings link in the left sidebar.
  • Mobile — tap your avatar icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Profile

The Profile section lets you update the two pieces of information TixTrk uses to identify you:

  • Display name — the name shown in the app and on any exported data.
  • Profile photo — upload an image to personalize your avatar.

Home Base

Home Base tells TixTrk where you live so it can distinguish local concerts from out-of-town trips. See the Home Base page for full details on setting your city and adjusting your local radius.

Logistics Check

The Logistics Check setting controls how far in advance the Dashboard starts warning you about upcoming trips that are missing a hotel or flight booking. See the Logistics Check page for details.

Export Data

The Export Data section lets you download a complete snapshot of your TixTrk data as a JSON file. The export includes:

  • All concerts on your wishlist (with statuses and notes)
  • Your concert history
  • Trips and associated logistics
  • Your current settings

This is useful for backups or if you want to analyze your data outside the app.

TIP

Export your data regularly if you want an offline backup. TixTrk does not currently offer automatic scheduled exports.

Dev Tools

A hidden developer tools panel is available for advanced users. To open it, double-click the TixTrk logo anywhere in the app. Dev Tools includes:

  • API provider toggle — switch between data sources for concert information.
  • Trip Console — a low-level view of trip state, useful for troubleshooting unexpected Dashboard behavior.

WARNING

Dev Tools are intended for debugging purposes. Changing the API provider or interacting with the Trip Console can affect the data displayed throughout the app.
